Support Hours
Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM IST. Messages sent outside these hours are picked up the next morning. A Pandit already on the way is handled first.
Open a Ticket
Log in and open the support form at /support. Send a subject and a short description. You receive a ticket reference beginning with TKT-. Quote that reference if you call.
What to Include
A complete note is answered faster than a one-line message.
- Booking, consultation, or order reference
- The city and the date on the booking
- What you want changed: cancel, reschedule, refund, or a replacement item
- A phone number we can reach during support hours
