- Consultation details: birth date, time, and place when you request kundli, horoscope, or matching
- Payment information: transaction reference, amount, and method. Full card numbers are handled by the payment partner, not stored by us
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages you visit
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to run bookings, consultations, and shop orders, to pay practitioners and vendors, and to support you if something needs to change.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a phone number only you can access, and do not share OTP codes.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for as long as we need it to complete a booking, issue a refund, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute.
Children's Privacy
Book Pandit Ji is meant for adults arranging a ritual or consultation for their family. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 18. Birth details of a child may be shared by a parent or guardian only so a kundli or naming ritual can be prepared.
