Book Pandit Ji does not ask you to transfer money to a personal account. Pay only on the checkout screen after you have checked the ritual, the time, and the amount.
Ways to Pay
At checkout you can use the methods shown for your booking.
- UPI
- Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
- RuPay
- Other methods listed on that payment screen
When You Are Charged
You are charged the checkout total when you confirm payment. A booking or order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. A failed or abandoned payment does not reserve the Pandit.
Receipts
A successful payment shows on the booking or order in your account, with the amount and the reference. Use that reference for a refund or a support ticket.
Failed Payments
If the bank debited you and the booking still shows unpaid, wait a few minutes and refresh the booking. If it stays unpaid, contact support with the time, amount, and UPI or card reference. Do not start a second payment until we confirm the first one failed.
Security
Card and UPI details are collected by the payment partner. We store the payment result, amount, and reference so we can receipt and refund the booking. We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN, or full card number on a call.
