Welcome to Book Pandit Ji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to the website and apps, and the bookings, consultations, and orders you place. By creating an account or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, booking a Pandit, starting a consultation, or placing a shop order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the cancellation, refund, and shipping policies linked from the footer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to create an account and pay for a service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address, muhurat, and birth details you submit.
Accounts & Security
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping that code private.
- Provide a working phone number and a name we can share with the practitioner
- Tell us immediately if someone else uses your account
- Do not share OTP codes, including with anyone claiming to be support
Bookings & Rituals
A booking is a request for a verified Pandit to perform the ritual you select, at the address and time shown at checkout. Samagri is included only when the package says so.
Rituals follow the tradition and the practitioner's method. We do not promise a particular worldly result from a puja, havan, or other ceremony.
Consultations
Astrology, kundli, horoscope, matching, and tarot sessions are spiritual guidance based on the details you provide. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Shop Orders
Products such as puja samagri, rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, idols, and malas are sold by the vendor named on the product page. Descriptions, prices, and dispatch times are shown before you pay.
Payments
You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout through UPI, card, RuPay, or another method offered on the payment screen. A booking or order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
Taxes and any shipping charge are included in the total before you pay. A receipt is available from your account.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation windows and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy pages. A request made inside the allowed window is reviewed against the booking status and the payment record.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. That includes false bookings, abusive messages to a practitioner, attempts to move payment off the platform to avoid a recorded booking, or any unlawful use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Pandit Ji is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a ritual, a consultation, or a delay caused by weather, travel, or incorrect details you provided. Our responsibility for a paid booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and to arranging a refund where the policy says one is due.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to book after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
